Systems Health Practitioner

I'm a root cause brain health and cellular nutrition consultant. My expertise lies in assisting individuals suffering from chronic illnesses to enhance their cognitive abilities, regain their mental sharpness, and regain control over their mental well-being.

I've been seriously researching the latest trends and data regarding cellular nutrition over the past 6 years and bring to you many unrestricted concepts.

My ultimate goal is to empower you with the knowledge of straightforward techniques that can lead to a significant transformation in your body (and brain since they're connected) functionality and overall mental health.

My fascination with real health was founded when I was a very young 13 year old when my mother took me to a "new age" practitioner and I don't remember being much of a result from it in terms of my health. In fact this a problem with many people is they don't know how to truly prevent health problems and if they become sick, aren't sure where to turn.

I became interested in these subjects because I eventually developed what I was told were "very serious" health label conditions. These labels all turned out to be unscientific nonsense which most are. This is because they are based on reducing the body to component parts and component symptoms without analyzing the whole human frame.

Revealing My Personal Health Journey and the Drive Behind It & How You're In The Same Boat

In 2014 I developed a very intense interest in real health and cellular nutrition. Prior to this I was very interested in how solid, evidence-based treatments for illness but didn't know the details about how the human body and mind were viewed by the medical establishment.

Highly Skeptical Of Institutions

I grew up mostly as a Generation X (those born 1965 to 1980): highly skeptical of establishment institutions, how nearly everyone around me was striving for uniformity and watching them destroy their health and lives to achieve these goals. Western society is based on specialization and thus leads to politicians, doctors and all the people mentioned below to view the world in a compartmentalized fashion. This leads to fragmentation and atomization of thought and people and lack of a systems of holistic view which leads to massive sickness on many levels.

Like everything else in life it's a combination of things that influences someone and keeps them sick, and for me and many, it's usually misguided family members. In fact, it's this confusion from others that led me to begin smoking, socially drinking alcohol and other unhealthy lifestyle factors including family upset that led me to end up bouncing between parent's homes in my early years.

I saw my parents -- especially my sick mother -- attending countless medical doctors offices with little to no results. However it was not until she started attending what is called a "functional medical doctor" back in 1999 that I saw lots of improvements in her. Still, I didn't see any "cure" to her condition and became even more confused. distrustful, skeptical.

"Doctor & Authority (the state) Worship" didn't help either

Many people still maintain a "doctor & authority worship" complex and this was especially prevalent decades ago where one would worship authorities before themselves and their own family members. This is a big reason many still maintain 'the authorities know best' and worshiping an armed gang called "the state" or "your country" (and the politicians) often to the death of themselves and their own family members. This was a very large reason why my family was destroyed -- confused as to who to believe.

I guess you could say I had really uneducated family members and people in my lives -- even those who were and still are practitioners such as registered nurses -- didn't have a clue what to do for their own health other than guessing and taking "magical supplements" and "magical treatments." It makes you wonder how they actually passed their studies, doesn't it? The truth is many people study subjects only for money and their training is reductionist in nature as is the case with specializations.

I sometimes tried to search mainly online for how this "functional MD" was different from the other MDs, but what I saw was demotivating mainly because of I didn't possess the background knowledge to know what was real or not.

I also tried to become one of his patients but because of his massive backlog and massive patient load I was not able to become a patient at that time and this likely would have solved my issues back more than 20 years ago.

I eventually gave up trying

My main symptoms I infrequenrly suffered from stemming from childhood were:

  • being underweight often combined with a profound lack of appetite especially when stressed
  • Sometimes experiencing profound sadness, depression and anxiety sometimes combined with de-realization
  • Frequent gastro-intestinal problems
  • I grappled with an inability to concentrate, mental fogginess, overwhelming tiredness, diminished motivation,, constant feelings of dizziness, confusion, a deep sense of sadness, anxiety, a feeling of being disconnected from oneself, and a distorted perception of reality.
  • Frequent skin picking around my cuticles of my fingernails.
  • Extremely introverted, shy and this drove my outlook on life including potential specialization and career choice.
  • Frequent intense stomach pains when stressed, but eventually "got used" to it when no one including my parents and medical doctors took it seriously. This stomach pain would lead me to stop eating when I was younger and older, and this led to more mal-nourishment creating a negative feedback loop. This still continutes to this day
  • Discovery of mild curvature of the spine (as many of us have) but they didn't link this to the stomach pain which on a random ultra-sound when I was 38 to discovery of a hiatal hernia.

In short it felt like I had developed label conditions such as ADHD, depression and dementia all at once, but how could I experienced these things being so young?

When viewing their children suffering these experiences many parents are frequently told "it's simply growing pains" and often simply ignore them waiting for them to hit the age of 18 when the child legally became an adult and left to fend for themselves.

Specialists, Doctors & Stigmatization Didn't Help

In the beginning, my parents sought assistance from traditional doctors. Unfortunately, they proved to be of no help whatsoever. They sent me to a few specialists who determined I had no label conditions yet they could not explain my symptoms at all except examining me similar to a lab rat.

doctors performing useless procedures

In fact, on some occasions there would be 2 or 3 doctors and their assistants examining me with a smile on their faces as if they had discovered some kind of mystical phenomenon.

It's as if virtually every system around people -- especially the medical system -- treats humans as if they were products on an assembly line.

Because I had these symptoms mainly from adolescence everyone around me -- including my parents -- simply thought I was being rebellious, lazy and would be abused because of it.

Early "Holistic Practitioner" Visits Were Fruitless & Comical

When my symptoms presented themselves to a profound severity at around age 13, my mother took me to what is called an "iridiologist." This man had a strong odor of peppermint on his breath and when he used his very strong, bright flash light on my eyes, he wondered why they were wattering. I told him he had peppermint on his breath but he seemed to not realize this. Anyway, at the end of the "consultation" he gave my mother a list of herbs I should take on a regular basis but these were very crude recommendations based on almost nothing. This is what soured my initial view and experience and apathy with "alternative medicine."

Then my sister and mother became engrossed with massage therapy to the point where they enrolled in a program for it. They began incorporating various trivial, singular modalities such as ear candling, energy crystals and so on. I say these are trivial because I never saw them acting or looking any better each passing year and this is because they entirely neglected basic high school chemistry present in our bodies.

Religion blended with "alternative health"

supplement religion collage

Then there's the phenomenon often of those who were diagnosed with some kind of condition and fall prey to all sorts of pseudo-science often combined with religious undertones. This happened to my family as well and this further cemented my apathy. I had family members embrace pyramid supplement-selling schemes along with a deep adoption of religion -- namely Catholicism which further made it into a comical exercise especially for myself. It's usual for people raised in many religious households to ignore health concerns -- especially males -- as it is a sense of shame to the family without realizing proper assessment and treatment of various health problems. I became even more confused!

I distinctly remember relatives of mine who actually worked in hospitals as state-recognized practitioners such as a nurse -- for whatever reason and probably money -- became involved in a pyramid scheme selling supplements called "mannatech." They got my sick mother involved in this as well. One day they came over and started inspecting my computer without my permission looking for something unknown. Then they began talking about religion and how I needed to "come to the light." These were people who worked alongside medical doctors talking like this and totally ignoring biological causes of why people manifest illness and behavior problems!

Then came the chiropractic craze of the early 2000's. Daniel D. Palmer, the renowned magnetic healer and founder of chiropractic, firmly believed that the root cause of all diseases was "vertebral subluxation," and he advocated manipulation as the ultimate remedy for any ailment. A comprehensive survey conducted in 2003 across the chiropractic profession revealed that the majority of chiropractors, regardless of their approach, still adhere to the principles of Innate Intelligence and the origin and treatment of diseases, extending beyond mere back pain, aligning with Palmer's ideology. However, a critical evaluation has pointed out that chiropractic is deeply intertwined with "mystical" concepts, leading to an ongoing internal conflict within the profession. This conflict persists even today, shaping the future of chiropractic.

the bigotry of alternative medicine

This is not to say chiropractic is not entirely useless but to claim the above is tantamount to the concept of "snake oil." Of course some kind of manipulation the muscles, ligaments, vertebrae and other segments of the body to help, but are they getting to the atomic and molecular structure of the body like we botanist would for a plant? Nope.

They sometimes spoke about supplementation and food, but their mainstay treatments were the famous "chiropractic adjustment" or "looking into your eyes" and giving people the eponymous idea of them being related to new-age spirituality and excessive intakes of money. Did they ever speak about the reasons why your muscles become tense such as lack of minerals, vitamins or did they recommend any practitioners regarding this? That would be a negative and if they did, I didn't take them seriously after experiencing my horrible situations with them.

I eventually gave up on "alternative medicine" & "conventional medicine"

Because of all these conflicting, trivial and singular modalities were omnipresent around me I became even more confused as to what practitioner I should have visited so I eventually entirely gave up.

It doesn't help many root-cause practitioners aren't allowed to fully advertise their services and what 'conditions' they can treat.

Later in my adult years I visited Doctors who simply prescribed pills to me and told me my symptoms would alleviate the longer I took the medications.

This is not what happened.

In fact the symptoms became worse and worse until I eventually stopped taking the medications.

Eventually and years later, I ended back up on them being diagnosed with various labels, such as major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and even had doctors tell me "it's all in your head" or "this is a big black mark on you!" I even had medical doctors guess and write a prescription for heart medication when I complained about anxiety! This is how strange and how much of "guess work" so-called modern medicine really is.

This all doesn't sound very scientific does it? The point is that these labels didn't explain my other above mentioned symptoms but were only reduced to the complaints I mentioned, yet they didn't link them to the other symptoms.

As soon as the doctors began prescribing medications, they threw a barrage of potent drugs my way - antidepressants, stimulants, benzodiazepines, antipsychotics. Unfortunately, these treatments seldom improved my condition, often exacerbating it, and always accompanied by a fresh set of symptoms and side effects. The medical professionals insisted that I would have to rely on these medications indefinitely to maintain any semblance of a fulfilling life. It appeared to be my sole choice back then. However, despite my best efforts, my symptoms persisted, refusing to fade away.

"Undiagnosed" sickness is all around us!

Before, during and after being on these medications I encountered severe discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment at places of work from other people with their own problems similar to many as well as mine.

My own family and close friends/relatives would also harass, shame and blame me for virtually all the problems in my family. They were also claiming to be into "natural health" but more into the latest fad, comparing plastics to margarine and other superficial concepts (as if it were some kind of demon to defeat) without explaining things properly. Looking back at it now they also didn't fully understand and were stuck on the commercialized aspects of "natural health" thus making it even more trivial in the minds of many.

On top of money worries, housing worries and without proper guidance of any form, especially dealing with health, I began to spiral even further, yet I still managed to attend schools but many opportunities were missed along with dealing with sick people I encountered in my life that kept me sub-optimal in life.

In effect my life became a living nightmare

I thought to myself: "How could all these well-meaning Medical doctors treat patients so poorly?"

How could could all these well-meaning politicians, teachers, "financial advisors," bank managers and everyone else we deal with on a daily basis be so blind to the bad information they provided me throughout the years?

The truth is I later realized that a significant number of doctors do not actively stay updated on the latest research beyond their clinical practice. Consequently, they may not be fully aware of the wide array of treatment options that have emerged in recent times.

Western society is based on specialization and thus leads to politicians, doctors and all the people mentioned above to view the world in a compartmentalized fashion. This leads to fragmentation of thought and lack of a systems of holistic view.

I also realized how their training views the body and mind as separate sub-component parts based on 600 years old "Cartesian" or reductionist science which views the human body and mind in this way.

On top of this, studies have revealed a rather concerning fact: the majority of doctors are, on average, lagging behind the current medical literature and established medical data by a staggering 17 years. However, it is important to note that doctors themselves are not to blame for this situation. They are, for the most part, ordinary individuals with good intentions who are simply trying their best within a flawed healthcare system.

Functional MD Helped But He Was Restricted (As All Practitioners Are)

It wasn't until I saw my mother's Functional MD in 2014 where he solved my issues in his office at the first visit. However there was much I didn't understand and eventually discontinued the treatments mainly because I didn't fully understand and at least 1 of the minimum prescriptions for a "natural substance" needed a Medical Doctor's prescription

In fact many practitioners operating in most countries' jurisdictions are restricted on what they can do and say and this is a severe impediment on proper analysis, prevention and treatment for acute and chronic issues.

The catch is that he couldn't tell me many things about what he was doing for me and many others and because of this he was branded a literal heretic in the media when they finally took his license away before he retired.

Eventually I Took My Health Into My Own Hands

Then one day I decided to look much, much deeper and FAR beyond the trivial nutrition recipe books, fad diets, and fat treatments virtually everyone were into around me.

I also looked beyond the Cartesian (sick care) textbooks and curriculum that Doctors, nurses and other practitioners study.

I started scouring medical literature and research from around the world which were inspired by my living abroad in multiple countries over the past 15 years.

Embarking on a journey of self-discovery, I delved into the depths of my own body, brain, and mind. Fearlessly, I subjected myself to various theories, determined to find answers for my persistent illness, cognitive decline, and mental struggles.

"But You're Not A Doctor" is something I kept hearing from family members, friends and others I mentioned my activities to

My journey has involved rigorous testing of numerous supplements, diets, devices, philosophies, and lifestyle choices. After persistent trial and error, I gradually began unraveling the secrets and witnessed remarkable improvements in my overall well-being.

I Became A Human Botanist & More

By diligently piecing together the puzzle on my own, I successfully unraveled the truth. Through extensive research and personal experimentation, I reached a profound realization that my brain and body breakdown was not solely caused by a single factor, but rather the culmination of numerous elements. It became evident that there were multiple fundamental issues that required attention and resolution in order for me to achieve genuine healing and recovery.

In 2021 I enrolled in a systems biology nutrition program

How Can My Experiences, Education Help You?

I explained to you my life history in a nutshell to show you how bad the state of affairs the medical system has been for decades and what I went through with the goal of helping you and others you're aware of to prevent needless suffering.

I desire to have you understand that your body and mind -- since they are connected contrary to what reducionist practitioners say -- can heal just like a plant does when a botanist performs a thorough assessment.

Throughout the years I've learned to become more resilient but not merely by reading self help books or trying to convince myself of it. I had to actually perform a self-analysis using evidence-based qualitative and quantitative test to determine what my body needed and what it didn't.

The possibilities for your life are endless, but you'll never know until you take that first step. Let me guide you towards restoring your brain and mental health, boosting your perseverance, and enhancing the overall quality of your life.

Don't wait any longer! Start now and you'll never look back with regret.
