Did you know your work health insurance is only sickness insurance?
Why don't you try real healthcare?

Simply "feeling fine" doesn't mean you are • Cell Nutrition is far more than food • There's no "magic bullets" to health

Have you ever measured your health like you do your bank statement?

I bet you haven't! You need proper measurements of your organs, tissues, and cellular nutrient levels. This is all for less than the cost of 2 pharmacy prescriptions!

Many people -- including myself -- are trained from their early working years that "excellent work place benefits" are one of the main reasons to stay at even one of the worst employers.  We're constantly told to "get an employer" with so-called benefits even if it means destroying your mind, body and relationships.   Are we trained to be employees or self-employed?

"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society." -- Jiddu Krishnamurt

The fact is this happens frequently in that many people endure very toxic work duties that include fraternizing with other subclinically sick people who abuse alcohol, stimulants, toxic relationships and even street drugs on their off-duty time.  Many people engage in these activities because of existing bio-chemical abnormalities such as micro and macro nutrient imbalances and toxicities of heavy metals that we often develop working in toxic workplaces.

Think about it: if you work in a "blue collar" industry such as tool/die, welder and many others you are at extremely high risk being exposed to various heavy metals that block various processes in the body even if you use personal protective equipment.

Even "white collar" office workers are exposed to many deleterious health effects such as excessive amounts of sedentariness (sitting), very bad food and highly stressful (cortisol) situations.  This is a recipe for major health problems.

Diagnosis Vs Healthy
What's The Difference?
"Diagnosis": "1 ounce of prevention is worth 1 pound of cure" is when your body breaks down the point to fit a specific criteria for 1 or more "dis-eases" to be labelled and then symptoms managed often with drugs and surgeries but rarely getting to the cause of the problem and negative feedback loops never stopped. This is the most expensive outcome.
Healthy: in its present definition, refers to the remarkable ability of biological systems to maintain stability while adapting to fluctuating external circumstances. Here you experience excellent cognitive and physical abilities. The primary method of achieving this is through prevention using a cellular nutritional approach called "medical nutrition." This is the lowest-cost outcome.

So why don't many people use these "workplace benefits?"

Did you know that many employees fail to take full advantage of the benefits offered to them? It's true! There are various reasons for this, but one significant factor is the stress and rush during enrollment time. The complex legal and medical terms often leave employees confused, making it difficult for them to understand which benefits are applicable to them and the costs involved.  There's also the simple fact many people have grown accustomed to distrusting HR agents for many reasons especially when revealing medical information to them who openly discriminate against employees.   This has been revealed over the past few years when HR agents had to deal with employees being mandated to disclose their medical history and proving they obtained "the shots."

Cezanne HR, a leading human relations platform, conducted a comprehensive survey involving over 1,000 employees from large organizations in the UK. The results revealed some intriguing findings:

  1. A staggering 47% of workers expressed a lack of trust in HR when it comes to resolving conflicts. This indicates a significant gap in the perception of HR's ability to handle such delicate situations.
  2. Surprisingly, almost half of the respondents (48%) admitted to not trusting HR to keep them informed about internal promotion opportunities. This suggests a need for HR departments to enhance their communication strategies and build stronger relationships with employees.
  3. The survey also highlighted that more than two in five individuals (45%) doubted HR's ability to act impartially. This finding raises concerns about fairness and transparency within organizations.
  4. Additionally, 43% of the participants believed that senior staff members were favored by HR. This perception of favoritism can have a detrimental impact on employee morale and trust in the system.

The benefits package provided by employers and how they are managed reflect the organizational culture and we all know how many workplaces have very toxic and dysfunctional cultures, don't we? It is crucial for businesses to ensure that their employees have all the support they need to have their questions answered. By doing so, you empower your team to make informed decisions that benefit themselves and their loved ones. Moreover, it demonstrates that you truly value your employees.

Education plays a crucial role in ensuring that employees are well-informed about their benefits and understand how to utilize them effectively. Simply relying on paperwork, brochures, and posters is not sufficient. HR officials need to take proactive steps to educate their staff. Conducting lunch and learn sessions, organizing one-on-one meetings, or arranging face-to-face sessions where the intricacies of the benefits are discussed with individual team members can make a significant impact on how this information is received. Let's consider health insurance as an example. A staggering 49% of employees find making health insurance decisions to be highly stressful, and the open enrollment process can be extremely confusing for them. By providing comprehensive education and support, HR officials can alleviate these concerns and empower employees to make informed choices regarding their benefits.

1. Most "workplace benefits" plans don't cover unrestricted systems and/or or "holistic" practitioners

Employers often offer a range of benefits to their employees, which usually encompass medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and retirement planning. However, there are numerous other types of benefits and perks that employers may choose to provide to their teams. It's worth noting that many of these benefits are almost exclusively available to full-time employees. This is also one of the reason there are few full-time positions:  companies claim they simply cost too much to provide "benefits" but if they knew the truth there would be little need for them and thus would open far more work opportunities, but this is a far larger subject.

Medical or health coverage is the most prevalent employee benefit provided by employers. Generally, this insurance takes care of expenses related to doctor visits, routine checkups, and basic medical treatments. Moreover, it offers coverage for emergency room visits and a wide range of surgical procedures.  It also covers one of the most expensive: doctor prescribed drugs that many people think they need without realizing why they "become sick."

That's even if you can find a medical doctor as a patient because so many have quit over the past 4 years, but this trend has long been happening because many medical practitioners have become disillusioned with their reductionist, acute system based on the focus of dis-ease.

2. Most people think -- including potential spouses -- that "having benefits" is a key to prosperity

How many times have you encountered a family bragging about their "workplace benefits?"  My father -- who worked for a municipal services division did -- but his whole family's health suffered when he was not able to obtain proper treatment except endless visits to medical doctors.  Eventually it destroyed the whole family by having this false sense of security that "having benefits" provides when no help was available beyond an MD office.  The problem is this is part of the part and parcel of what is sold to employees who wrongly think their employer is going to "take care of them."  The fact of the matter is this is simply not true because many benefits packages do not include systems practitioners and if they do, they are highly restricted in what procedures, advice and treatments they can dispense.

I've run into many men who brag about "having workplace benefits" and they claim that many women enter into relationships with them mostly because they have these "benefits."  It's hard to believe many people are this superficial but it's often true but it's a misled sense of security and not a very good reason to enter into a legal relationship with someone based on such superficial aspects.  The truth is most "benefit" plans at workplaces are based mostly on the sick care model and so many people wrongly think drugs, repeated visits even to chiropractors are the answer to keeping good health.  Think about all the stories you've heard of people performing the most self-abasing acts simply to keep a work position!  Is it all worth it to keep "a job" (never mind this word means 'persecuted' in Hebrew) mainly for the workplace benefits? I would say negative especially when you know of better ways to take care of your health even if you have to pay for the services of a systems practitioner out of your own pocket and not being covered by so-called "insurance companies."

3. You literally sell your soul & destroy your body/mind/relationships to employers for "benefits"

With a staggering 78% of workers expressing their loyalty to their employers due to the enticing benefits they provide, as revealed by the 2018 Employer/Employee Satisfaction Survey, it becomes imperative for organizations to ensure that their workforce comprehends these perks inside out.  Think about this: how often do you stress about your workplace to the point of frequent abuses of various sorts, especially your mind and body but mistakenly think because you "have benefits" that you will be able to obtain help once you become sick?  It happens all the time and it's basically a false sense of security because just like a seatbelt saves lives, so does preventive and body-native treatments provide that most employer benefit packages do not.  The problem with seat belts -- like a false sense of security -- is that many people think this means they can drive recklessly.

Modern-day workplaces with abundant unemployed people breeds desperation, resentment of the highly unequal employer-employee relationship which should most of the time be called "indentured servitude."  Labor abuses in the commoner's working life has been well reported over the decades but especially over the centuries and millenia.  Some say slavery never left and has been replaced with "wage slavery" and this would not be inaccurate.

Is your benefits company going to buy your health once you've expended it into sickness, old-age, decay, destroyed relationships? Is a pill, bottles of beer, going to do this for you? Certainly not, but we are told the authority figures and specialists in our lives are the answer to all ills.  The problem with specialization is reductionism, or neglecting the entire system of the body or the subject you are told to specialize in for work.

4. Few people know the tremendous benefits of systems practitioners and if they have this coverage they are often not aware of what it entails

This goes back to the lack of communication from HR agents who many employees have grown to distrust.  Many employess have grown accustomed to the very legitimate idea that HR agents do not work for the betterment of workers but merely to protect the liabilities of the company they work for.

The truth is that many legitimate factions within systems biology such as naturopaths, chiropractors and many others are not even allowed to perform very simple procedures such as vitamin injections and others -- which are very benign and virtually harmless compared to reductionist treatments -- because of the literal mountains of bureaucracy that is designed to dissuade practioners from performing them.

“The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man! Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

Why is that? Well, some factions of systems biology such as orthomolecular medicine use body-native substances at dosages considered by the "conventional" medical community to be hazardous but this is virtually always wrong.  The truth is many body-native substances are nowhere near being toxic and are used as high dosages to bring your body's naturally occuring levels of them back to levels seen in other countries' higher tissue standards such as Japan raising the reference range of Vitamin B12 to optimal levels back in the 1980s.

These facts are a large reason many people end-up on this website: because they have a long history of trying to obtain help for stubborn health problems many practitioners were not able to help mainly because of these regulatory body rules that prevent practitioners from using non-approved methods to help.

There exists a wide range of preventive and acute treatments, including homeopathic remedies, which are highly credible. However, insurance providers argue that there is insufficient evidence to support the coverage of these treatments. The truth is, numerous modalities have a rich history of evidence, but the medical establishment primarily emphasizes acute, reductionist treatments, resulting in minimal funding for the promotion of well-established evidence through double-blind studies. Interestingly, many of these treatments have already undergone such studies and their research findings have been published in non-conventional medical journals, which unfortunately are not recognized by insurance companies.
