Did you know your work health insurance is only sickness insurance?
Why don't you try real healthcare?

Simply "feeling fine" doesn't mean you are • Cell Nutrition is far more than food • There's no "magic bullets" to health

Have you ever measured your health like you do your bank statement?

I bet you haven't! You need proper measurements of your organs, tissues, and cellular nutrient levels. This is all for less than the cost of 2 pharmacy prescriptions!

man greeting woman asking bowel health

When we greet someone as a new friend or acquiantance, or when greeting someone we have known for years we often ask "how's it going?"  without asking other more important questions such as "how's your bowel movements."  That's because the former questions are superficial and meant for quick reactions and that's exactly how your primary Medical Doctor is oriented: acute issues rather than asking indepth questions about your body, lifestyle.

Jokingly it was sometimes common and still is to ask questions to males such as "how's it hanging" in a very vague reference to their genital orientation under their pants.  Though we may not commonly ask these invasive biological questions here in the Western world especially in formal settings, it is quite common to ask one's blood type in places such as Korea and Japan.  The question surrounding invasive surveys of personal health-related information is currently a very hot topic mainly due  to the "pandemic" requirement of forced vaccinations.

Would it acceptable for an employer to ask for your medical information and/or if they think you're biologically and mentally healthy?  The reality is many employers don't find this out because for one they can't ask these questions and the eventually find out once they hire the person and find out what his temperament is while observing him or her work along with subtle signs like what food and drink they consume at work even if they don't openly admit they monitor these concepts.

Another reality is that many people who don't cause problems at work end-up encountering those that do and these individuals usually are very biologically and lifestyle-sick and they bring their problems to work.  They often dump their problems onto others in the form of routine work absence, abusive work mind games and many others that lower the quality and result standards at workplaces.

Diagnosis Vs Healthy
What's The Difference?
"Diagnosis": "1 ounce of prevention is worth 1 pound of cure" is when your body breaks down the point to fit a specific criteria for 1 or more "dis-eases" to be labelled and then symptoms managed often with drugs and surgeries but rarely getting to the cause of the problem and negative feedback loops never stopped. This is the most expensive outcome.
Healthy: in its present definition, refers to the remarkable ability of biological systems to maintain stability while adapting to fluctuating external circumstances. Here you experience excellent cognitive and physical abilities. The primary method of achieving this is through prevention using a cellular nutritional approach called "medical nutrition." This is the lowest-cost outcome.

Would it not be a good idea for workplaces to strongly encourage employees to sign up to "workplace wellness" courses utilizing individualized assessments at no cost to employees using systems/holistic concepts?

If you're looking to enhance the overall health and well-being of your employees, it might be worth exploring the idea of implementing a comprehensive wellness program throughout your company. Not only does this foster a culture that prioritizes employee health, but it also has the potential to enhance productivity, uplift team spirit, and boost morale.

A wellness program refers to any well-structured initiative implemented in the workplace to enhance and uphold the well-being and physical fitness of employees. These programs encompass a wide range of activities such as fitness programs, health screenings, and preventive care. They also include engaging activities like stress management education, smoking cessation programs, exercise programs, weight loss competitions, and wellness assessments.

Benefits of Wellness Programs In The Workplace

Virtually All Employers Ignore Employee Wellness Programs

The sad fact is that still to this day far, far too many companies ignore employee health for one primary reason: to avoid extra costs but they don't realize that in order to keep employee retention to a maximum it's best to maximize efficiency rather than only treating workers as cost centers to be eventually discarded.  In addition to the salary, job seekers are keen on exploring the additional perks a company provides to its employees. Studies reveal that wellness programs rank high on the list of benefits that candidates highly value. These programs encompass a range of offerings, such as:

  1. Enhancing your compensation package with wellness benefits can help you attract a pool of highly skilled candidates.
  2. Moreover, implementing wellness programs like wellness screenings, gym membership reimbursement, on-site clinics, and serving healthy options at the on-site canteen can foster a strong sense of loyalty among your employees and boost long-term retention.
  3. Additionally, engaging in health and wellness competitions can further promote a culture of well-being within your organization.

Recent studies suggest that the brain plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of the gut, and vice versa, the health of the gut can also impact the functioning of the brain, including thoughts, emotions, and mental health conditions. The brain directly influences the stomach and intestines, as evidenced by the fact that the very thought of eating can stimulate the release of stomach juices even before food is consumed. However, this connection works both ways. When the intestines are experiencing issues, they can communicate distress signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can affect the gut. Consequently, stomach or intestinal problems can either be the cause or the result of anxiety, stress, or depression. This close relationship between the brain and the gastrointestinal system is responsible for such interconnectedness.

What do we mean by "microbiome imbalances?"

When the healthy balance of bacteria in the intestinal tract has been disrupted, a condition results called dysbiosis. This is characterized by a noticeable change in the composition of gut bacteria and a decrease in overall diversity of strains. Dysbiosis can occur when there is an overabundance of harmful bacteria, a deficiency of beneficial bacteria, or an imbalance of specific strains. Examples of dysbiosis in the gut include small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and candidiasis (yeast overgrowth). This imbalance in the gut microbiome can lead to various symptoms such as bloating, irregular bowel movements, acid reflux, fatigue, food sensitivities, joint pain, mental fog, skin problems, and vaginal/rectal itching.

Here are several instances of exposures, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors that lead to imbalances and harm to the gut microbiome over a period of time:

1. Consumption of high-volume processed foods and sugar.

2. Usage of medications such as antibiotics, oral contraception, Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs, and Proton-Pump Inhibitors.

3. Lack of sufficient sleep, which weakens the immune system as a significant portion of it resides in the gut.

4. Experiencing chronic stress and worry, considering the strong connection between the gut and the brain.

5. Engaging in alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use.

6. Exposure to chemicals like GMOs, pesticides/herbicides, chemical food ingredients, and toxins found in conventional house cleaning, personal care products, and the workplace.

7. Having individual food sensitivities or intolerances, such as gluten, refined dairy, corn, and shellfish.

Do you think these would be questions your employer would ask to be reasonably sure his employees are working optimally?

This is highly unlikely a question any employer or a client in the Western world would ask mainly due to confidentiality and "human rights" laws but as we can see in the period of 2020 to present day 2024 that the concepts of inalienable rights is more of a myth.  This is because we saw govern-ments worldwide enforce mandatory medical procedures based on the germ theory bureaucratic medical model with its never-ending attacks on perpetual germs and pathogens with pharmaceutical drugs.  This goes against the systems model which would allow the public to use the terrain model to address their individual lifestyle, diet, and hence individual biochemistry to prevent dis-ease.

There are several underlying imbalances that can contribute to dysbiosis and persistent symptoms, including:

1. Insufficient stomach acid production

2. Low levels of pancreatic and digestive enzymes

3. Liver congestion and poor bile flow

4. Deficiencies in essential nutrients such as iron, B12, folate, and vitamin D

5. Problems with gut motility

6. Gut infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites, as well as bacterial or yeast overgrowth

7. Leaky Gut (Intestinal Permeability)

8. Malabsorption issues.
