Did you know your work health insurance is only sickness insurance?
Why don't you try real healthcare?

Simply "feeling fine" doesn't mean you are • Cell Nutrition is far more than food • There's no "magic bullets" to health

Have you ever measured your health like you do your bank statement?

I bet you haven't! You need proper measurements of your organs, tissues, and cellular nutrient levels. This is all for less than the cost of 2 pharmacy prescriptions!

nitpicking monkey man

It is quite common for people who are aware of my past struggles with the medical system to feel the need to constantly point out that I use a vaporizer. Instead of using the term "vaporizer," they often say things like "I notice you using your e-cigarette a lot, and I thought you were a 'healthy guy.' Why do you smoke?" I frequently receive this kind of criticism, but I simply explain to them that they don't understand what an e-cigarette is, how it works, and most importantly, that it doesn't involve burning anything. It almost feels like they are trying to find fault with my "goody two-shoes" attitude by attempting to burst what they perceive as my bubble.

The act of nitpicking is not solely acquired through cultural influences, but it also stems from the limited neuroplasticity and resulting brain deformities (leaky brain) caused by inadequate cellular nutrition and imbalances.

Have they not observed my appearance, particularly my face, and noticed the absence of typical signs of a smoker who consumes combustible products? These signs would include discolored hair, teeth, and nails. "E-cigarettes" do not involve combustion, and the majority of users are former smokers. If they took a closer look, they would realize that I do not possess any of those signs, nor have I ever. Why do we feel compelled to constantly target smokers? A significant factor behind this is a massive public relations campaign cleverly disguised as anti-smoking education programs, aimed at promoting pharmaceuticals based on the germ model. This approach suggests that combating someone's addiction necessitates the use of yet another highly addictive substance: pharmaceutical drugs. Let's not dwell on the fact that the term "pharma" itself originates from a Greek word meaning "sorcery." Let's just set that aside for now...

Preaching love, tolerance, respect, and "progressiveness" while attacking others

I get this so often that I am trying to understand the primary motivation behind it and I have come to certain hypotheses:  In this part of the world it is a cultural norm to point out that someone is doing what they think is something wrong without pointing out alternatives or solutions.  They also find it empowering to find something wrong with someone even though they don't know the details behind it.  There is also a deep skepticism of someone making health claims because they have been rendered apathetic so deeply over the years that they themselves are extremely confused, demoralized and searching for answers especially within the topic of healthcare.  Little do they know is that all they will find searching online, combined with their lack of knowledge of the basics and critical thinking skills, is more confusion and ill-health.

Diagnosis Vs Healthy
What's The Difference?
"Diagnosis": "1 ounce of prevention is worth 1 pound of cure" is when your body breaks down the point to fit a specific criteria for 1 or more "dis-eases" to be labelled and then symptoms managed often with drugs and surgeries but rarely getting to the cause of the problem and negative feedback loops never stopped. This is the most expensive outcome.
Healthy: in its present definition, refers to the remarkable ability of biological systems to maintain stability while adapting to fluctuating external circumstances. Here you experience excellent cognitive and physical abilities. The primary method of achieving this is through prevention using a cellular nutritional approach called "medical nutrition." This is the lowest-cost outcome.

I frequently encounter this situation, which has led me to ponder the underlying motivation behind it. Through my analysis, I have developed several hypotheses: In this particular region, it is customary to highlight when someone is doing something they perceive as wrong, without offering alternative solutions. Moreover, individuals here derive a sense of empowerment from identifying flaws in others, even without understanding the full context. Additionally, there exists a profound skepticism towards individuals making health claims, as years of disillusionment have left them feeling confused, demoralized, and desperate for answers, particularly in the realm of healthcare. What they fail to realize is that their online searches, coupled with their limited knowledge and critical thinking abilities, only serve to further confuse them and compromise their well-being.

Nitpicking New Age Discussions

I occasionally find myself engaged in small debates with individuals who tend to nitpick certain matters, and one of the most common topics is food choices. On one occasion, I mentioned that I had started incorporating tofu into my diet, to which the person responded, "You do know that tofu isn't good for you, right? They use excessive amounts of pesticides." The conversation continued with a list of criticisms. Interestingly, this person then proceeded to advocate for chicken as a better alternative. However, I could easily counter their argument by pointing out that chicken is often raised with feed containing arsenic, and animal products can accumulate toxins in the body.

The main point is yes, it is a good idea to try to willingly avoid toxins of any kind, but to play this kind of word and illogical word game with people based on abstract concepts they often know nothing about is pretty pointless.

As we mentioned before, it all depends on many factors, but the biggest is if your body's metabolism has what it needs to properly detoxify your body and there are certain instances with genetics such as people with a condition called "Pyroluria" where this detoxification is a more difficult process.
